Sometimes after an outage has ended the Vista server may still appear to be offline and you cannot connect to it. You should try clearing your browser cache or restarting your browser in order to load a fresh copy of the login page. You can clear your cache by deleting the temporary files via the browser settings menu. Check the Vista Support site for further information about clearing your cache.
